No, but they will, the same as they do with us normal staff. No doubt this is why you have been asking about pay rates. You should also look into the fact that you are also on minimum (unpaid ) breaks as well.

Dignity and respect is the standard. If any manager speaks out of turn get the rep involved, don't except, demand behaviour from managers in work like you would outside of work. it's up to you don't be treated like scum.

angard if in the union can only expect minimum representation, all angard have to join the union to get formal recognition Its a two tier work force at present. CWUHQ should have thought this out when they knew this was going to happen. Now reps on the work floor are in a difficult position where Angard are looking for union representation and only receiving basic

that's why managers treat u like s**t they can basically get rid of u when they want u have no contract so u have no leg to stand on so u r stuffed , it may sound harsh but its the truth the way they c it there r plenty of people out there who wants a job for christmas who is ready to take your place sods law mate merry christmas anyway .......
