Found out today our local delivery office is doing it's revision , the knock on effect for us is we'll be 8-4 mon-sat.
Because of this we'll no longer be able to do our sa which is 3-6, are we able to claim grandfarther rights or loss of earnings as we'll lose out because of the later starts, or is it just tough?

Were lumped in with the main office they've rejected the 1st proposal and about to vote on 2nd proposal. We weren't told of the 1st vote as union rep seemed to think it wouldn't effect the spdo's.

There is no pay protection for SA. I think it is 28 days notice they have to give you of cancelling it. I assume this is collections work, if you are out on delivery until 16:00 who is going to do the first part of the collection which currently starts at 15:00?

I belive there creating hybrid duties part dely/part collection , these won't be done from the spdo though but the main dely office.
