Repick / Specialist Posts

We are about to have a repick having rolled out the revision, I am aware what the Wayforward Agreement says .......

"For a reselection exercise to be considered the extent of such a change must be that it has a significant impact ( in content and/or attendance times ) on over 1/3 of the jobs in the unit."

and...............

4 Where there is a major change as defined above, the key principles for dealing with the re-sign are: .......
· employees whose jobs remain unaffected by the major change will retain them;

In our Office, Management are saying DOM Support Post and Callers Office Posts are ringfenced nationally. and wont go into the revision. Both are (I know specialist posts) and subject to a selection process normally.

My question is have any of you had these posts go into your repicks, had the posts changed in any way, and if so to what degree, finally does any rep know if these posts are in fact "ringfenced" and not to go into repicks post revision?

The Way Forward states that "Book room" and "Callers" are specialist posts and performed by interview.

they kept a few duties in our office that were unchanged and the whinging,backstabbing and secret letters to everyone including the prime minister[no honest!]was unbelievable even though it was written in black and white in the agreement
