Next week it is my floating week off but they change my duty and my floating week will start week after Christmas. When I started they change my floating week off after few months and now I work there for 6.5 years.
Should I have more notice ?
Should I get double pay next week ? As the Dom say no as I owned Royal Mail a week off.
Can I refuse to change ?

If you don't want to change it don't.
You've done your 5 weeks on...you're due your one off.
If you do change it by the time your week off comes you'll have banked an extra 3 days.
Tell them you'll be having a floating week and a half.
