Can someone tell me, in simple layman' terms, what exactly should trigger the £600 payment?
I know or think it is on completion of the WSR, but what does the WSR entail.
Also am I correct in thinking that the final £200 only has to be paid when the whole office moves onto 39hr weeks for Fulltimers.
Think we may be getting stitched up here!

Similar thing here - we have been told £600 payment has been put on hold, not just in our office but nationaly for a year or three.
DOM says its not his fault but he will see what he can do.

You introduce a 39 hour week and adjust duties attendance times accordingly that could be done as 12min reduction a day or something different. If WSM means mail is arriving later and start times need to change because of this then that happens as well. IF WSM is making spare capacity in the delivery duties then they are adjusted to take account of this. Many WSM revisons are being done at the same time as delivery method changes.

The £200 element of the £800 WSM revison payment is meant to be paid no later than 6 weeks after implementing the revison but if the revision is working well and targerts are being met then it should come sooner.
