Ok we've had our revision shoved in so where's the cash?

We've had our revision shoved through. They asked us whether we wanted 3 and a half hour walks or 4 hour walks. We voted for 3 and a half and they said "no you have to vote again cuz that won't work" lol. The office is on its knees in most areas now. Some walks have 6 packet bags and 5 door 2 doors which makes no sense. You can't compare one 4 hour walk to another etc. The new equipment; the golf trollies are amazing but secure as a shed and if you're delivering at school shutting times, you have to take your trolley to every door. The big new HTCs have been rushed in the design process and have a ridiculous design flaw; the front left wheel doesn't work properly and constantly sticks or spins out of control. The brakes are garbage too.

Anyway our new times are 7:30am-2:30pm ft and 8:30-2.30 part time though most of us aren't back till after 3 or 4. Least lapsing is gone and overtime is getting paid but just no time. Everyone's at each other's throats and morales in the pan. We should have got our payments. We got the £600 sequenced revision payment but am I right in thinking we should have got another 2 payments of £200?

I'm not surprised your office is failing with only 7 hours for FT but 6 hours for PT.
