our depot sausage factory?

am wondering when angard are going to recruit some "fit ladies" as seems to be a major shortage of them at our depot,(not even 1)if they hired some of these i think our productivity would go up and would boost morale hell of a lot, as i look round everyday an just see the same bellends/jobsworths/and knob jockeys everywhere in what u can only call a"sausage factory"is this a nationwide issue or confined to our depot am wondering?

i aim to please an its a shame that this is actually realisation down at our depot its very disappointing to see all these people turn up to recruitment days but dont hire not even 1 fit lady angard probably wouldnt know a fit lady if they saw 1

if u are i wouldnt lower u self to there level of tramps,skanks,pikeys,and special people this job is no challenge what so ever so y would any fit lady with brain cells wanna get there hands dirty or break a nail hmmm lol?

have to be honest none of these catergories needed temp work an a reference,came here with managerial experience and should get both those so mission accomplished!
