parcels and packets are going up the wall yet everyday when returning to our d.o another pile
of requests are put out for tomorrow and now everyone does this on-line we cannot explain that
they may not get delivered due to backlog of parcels.
then they ask for the items to be sent to a t.s.o and who gets the money.

at christmas every item which is asked to be redlivered should be charged then all monies go to charity.

You get these redeliveries sometimes and they're still not in

Why do we re-deliver? the sender pays for one delivery not 2/3 as far as i know these re deliveries are free(they are in my DO) but over the whole RM they must be costing us a fortune!!

once again i will walk into the office with mates full of parcels yet i will be given
redeliveries that must be delivered again for the second or third time for nothing.
then the phg will say can you knock a bit louder next time or try all the neighbours
then tomorrow saturday you get your early, you dont have to bang the door so hard.

ban the redeliveries pay one postage get one delivery.
