wow some of the staff at Angard are just plan rude hanging phone up on you unable to get a clear answer out any of them, when i do get to talk to someone helpful can hear someone body in the background saying "1 more hour" like they dont even care what a mess they have made.....

The people in the office have not made the mess, they are the ones dealing with it and it must be stressful. Perhaps a bit of empathy from you may yield results, hanging up on you is rude but its less likely to happen if you recognise how much of a crap job it is dealing with 1000s of pissed off people, when its not the fault of the person you are speaking to.
