Office manager email address?

I remember reading somewhere that each DOM has an RM email address, is there anyway of working out what this may be from the name and office? I need to contact the manager at another office but have tried ringing a couple of times and hes never there. Short of physically going there, email is the best option I think...

from the ones I have seen it has been initial.surname@royalmail.com

yes thats right first name followed by second name ---unless there are 2 with the same name and then the middle initial is used as well

And if there's someone with the same name as them and they don't have a middle name, they'll have a random initial such as

John.z.smith@royalmail.com

In short... could be bloomin anything lol

I didn't have a middle name, and my cousin has the same name as me, albeit spelt with an extra letter, so they made me have an extra letter in the middle. Didn't make a blind bit of difference, I still got all her emails

They were more interesting than mine

Managed to phone him today anyway. But tried the email and it just bounced, so he probabaly has a namesake somewhere withiin RM!
