Hi

I was due to start on the 27th said I wanted nights they seemed pleased as they didnt have may wanting nights, all my checks were cleared about 2 weeks ago might be even longer. But still no e-mail to start did phone but was told to wait for e-mail they only have about 20 staff going through the list :(

My photo ID is at the Southend Mail center, but my online status is still 'awaiting further information'
after several phonecalls, I've got through (eventually on this number 01604629381) and they said it's ANOTHER company that doing the 'vetting procedure' and I just have to wait to be contacted by them.
This is getting ridiculous now!

How did you find out about your photo ID. Will be lucky when its sorted good luck to you

My friend's Dad works there, and she contacted me saying they expected me Monday, so I went up there. They have my ID card, but no records of me anywhere :L

Phoned up Angard only had to dial it once was in total shock that it wasnt put down on me, anyway told them what my status said which did confuse me a bit gave her my name and post code and at 16.46 on the 1/12 I got my job offer starting monday 10pm to 6 am, but will see if it works out.

Glad to hear that. I ended up phoning another number, and they said that my name is 'Beckie' on my passport and needed to confirm that was my name :L
I'm now processing my security checks, so fingers crossed I start soon!
