Just a quick question.
If R.M. Decide to move my start finish time by upwards of two hours are they required to give me any notice contractually ?

It's a legal requirement that 28 days notice is given for any change of contractual content.

They also have to take account of any family commitments you may have and try to accomodmate your current responsibilities.
