been struggling all week on my p&l duty normal partner off, a recent starter as partner so Got in early this mornin to throw off remaining door to doors ,had warned managers that next few days would be rough , i decided that i wouldnt cut off that i would work the excess so to help my new partner OMG , cutting off tomorrow. having conversations with the rep and line manager this morning found out he only started last week and done a few days no trainer at all just ad hoc duties which explained his problems on mon with pda and speed so far , mon i had to deliver part of all his loops, tue had to do all specials ,trackers and deliver part of his loops, also each morning help in throwing off 2cnd frame and tieing it all up and bagging up both frames,mon and tue were light hence my fears for today, ended up with 2 full yorks one of the oversize pkts the other the pouches 19 in total, got out at 11.25 ,had to do specials then start delivery , 1st letter just after 12ish ,last letter 18.00ish , done all pkts trackers, delivered on all but one of his loops,its not his fault hes had no training ,park and loop with no training or expeirience would be a nightmare for anybody what were they thinking , also the last pouches delivered in dark pda made a poor torch , 
which is the choice theyve got tomorrow cos im fu***d and i dont think the new guy will want it either, funny enough he got a text of a job offer from ups he said he applied for a little while ago , 
wonder what today has done to his thinking ,especially as he didnt finish what ever duty he was doin on sat till 4 and gettin back to a locked up office
