pay rate for p/t

Hi everyone!
i'v got simple mathematics task.
i'm part timer on 32,5 h contract. my basic pay is 299.59. on pay slip pay rate is 380.41
so we can do equation
299,59/32,5 = 380,41/x
"x" mean full time hours ? if yes, should be equal 39 hours. am i right ?
when you solve this task the answer is x = 41,26 !!

when we do different equation to find my basic pay it will be look like this:
x/32,5 = 380,41/39
solution is x = 317 !!!
deduction
i'm robbed 17,41 weekly

please let me know where i'm wrong , becouse i feel strange

You might be miscalculated as Full time is 40 hours

if is 40 , so is 309,1.
it's still 9,5 more then i'm getting ...

308.75 for 32.5 hours after walk sequence revision

before revision 301.03

probably i found reason. if i'll add delivery supplement, then all calculations will be correct.
it should be like that ?
if any part timers can show me your payslip , to compare the numbers I would be grateful ;)

Don't forget 'pay rate' includes delivery supplement.

The basic pay for FT is 359.52
Del Supplement 20.89

(359.52/299.59)*32.5=39hrs for FT
