pay/annual leave queation ?

i currently have 30 days = 6 WEEKS annual leave.i have SADLY worked for RM now for nearly 16 years. when you have 5+ years service you are entitled to 4 WEEKS 3.5 DAYS LEAVE total of 23.5 days,15 + years service entitles to to 5 weeks 1 days leave total of 26 days,a year ago onwArds i was purchasing 7.5 days leave takeing me up to 30 days.NOW i am purchasing 4 days leave to take me up to 30 days,so there is now a difference 3.5 days leave.so the question is should i be taking more money home in my take home pay,compared wage slip to a year ago and there does not seem much difference ?

Yes but it won't be much - dont forget you purchase the holidays over the whole year so you will be up 3.5 days pay over the whole year

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
