i have now got my second atos referral ihr has been mentioned if i was to accept it how long will it take for me to leave the royalmail

It took a week for them to get me out after I had a phone conversation with a ATOS doctor :dance .
This was about a year after my problems first started,I just couid'nt walk for 4 hours on a delivery.

they are trying to push me out on IHR due to my knees

can the process be done over the phone or do you need to see a doctor at an atos centre for a face to face

ime covered under the dda so they can frack off but any answers on my question

It took my lot over two months from seeing the Atos doctor till final day of service. And Yes, you will need to see a doctor. They won't pay you off on preliminary phonecalls.
Tbf, you wouldn't want them to. See a doctor, get a proper examination, ask for a copy of the report and keep it safe, make sure there's a paper trail every step of the process. You don't want anything coming back to bite you on the arse later on.
Just spilt stain-remover down my shirt. Now how do I get that out?

I never saw a doctor face to face ,it was a phone call only.I did see other people from ATOS in the past!

i have now had my second phone referral with the atos nurse i have no return to work date but she has referred to the atos doctor to discuss ihr what will happen next

i had atos phone me up today, they said they were to arrange a telephone assessmant with an atos nurse reference IHR (news to me this)

i just put the phone down so its obvious royal mail want me out

i now have got my atos report through they think iam currently unfit for work what will happen now

Usually if they recommend you for IHR they will tell you at the meeting or it will say on the paperwork. They advised me at my medical that they were recommending IHR
