A colleague had an accident last week whilst working. Donig the job he was supposed to be doing he suffered an arm injury. He asked to put it in the accident book, before going to the Hospital, but was told there is no accident book, it has to be entered online ! Then the DSM told our lino it wasnt an accident at work anyway !!!! wtf !!!
I thought it was a legal requirement to have an accident book on the premises ?????

When a customer rang up to complain about repeated mis-deliveries, and the same DIM asked the young lad on that walk why he kept making mistakes, the lad said
