be working outdoors delivering in the DARK,i have done this the last couple of years but not this year,i will be finishing around 15.00 HRS just in time for the school run,even finishing at this time nearly gives me 2 hrs ot.i think im being fair dont you.

Last year, towards the end of a very long day, delivering parcels after dark, I realised I was no longer safe driving.

How can you still be finishing at 1pm...........the earliest we can finish is 2pm and we haven't had our revision yet

And no, I wont be delivering in the dark, I wont be doing and OT this year at all.............in at my due time and out the door at my due time, too often we've busted our balls to help them at Christmas only for them to forget all about the 'help' and want us to do more and more.

I would say 36 hours is more like full time, anything up to 30 hours would be part time.

Yeah, 36 hours is more or less FT, it's only 4 hours less than I work (and 3 1/2 less than revised offices).

still you should be finishing at 2 pm by now no matter what or are you not on park and loop yet if you not wate till next year when finish is 3.pm anyway now that s**t no O.T at all then

It would be interesting to see how many post delivery person is willing to deliver 1/2 walk on overtime after 3pm for those who start work at 7am. I won't do it.

There'll be plenty who will. I'm in a P&L office and there's still plenty of runners carrying overweight bags
