Hi, my grievance against my DOM about his handling of my stage two attendance and subsequent bullying and harassment is going to be heard next Friday. As a result of the previous hearing he has been told to re-do his training on how to adhere to the stage procedure and an apology for his harassment of me in the office in regards to prep and hybrid packets etc. (long story) Its got to stage three as the union and myself reckon that if RM recognize that the stage two was handled incorrectly why does that stage have to stand and not re-heard, it was issued on the basis of two absences totaling 4 days in a 6 month period even though one day was for a injury sustained doing extra delivery. There are various issues with this including incorrect notes and statements provided by the DOM, which has also lead to the rep, putting his own grievance in against the manager, but i was wondering if anyone can tell me what to expect at the stage 3 level, of this procedure.
cheers

Glad you stood your ground - There are too many "managers" who act like a god!

Re: Stage Three Grievance
Yeah all done, it has been acknowledged that he was wrong to do what he did, trying to warn me of conduct code for not doing enough packets, although 15 per hour is standard i was doing nearly twenty and being followed on delivery. the stage issue was a farce, all i know is that we have a manager coming from out of the area to hear the grievance stage 3 next Friday.hantsman wrote: Well done for standing up to your DOM, have you actually filed a B & H form against him?
