4 day week

we are looking at duty structures for our revision and the 4 day week seems to be popping up quite a bit . is any one already doing this if so how does it work as in hours per day , rest days if you banks days for weeks off, and how holidays are affected. also if you like or dislike this way of working ,

i do 4 days and im allways struggling to complete arguing with dim all the time but at 350 i go home ... ive never been home so much
