Resign query

does anyone know how many duties have to change in an office before you have to have a resign ? i know there was something in the way forward about any help

could you answer another question we had park and loop put in place a year ago now so all the duties changed put we have still not had a resign what should we do about it ?

Also,how the hell can you have P&L and not have a resign,how does that work,is it wacky races in the mornings.
