grievance or complaint!!
Im having problems with our new manager, do I put in a grievance or complaint. Plus im needing a fone number for union who is head of north wales north west area. Can anyone help please.

It really depends on what the problem is, if it's operational then it's the grievance procedure but the first stage in that is to bring it up with your manager. If you have someone in work to talk to about it (union rep is best) then that's the place to start.

Only if it's against a collegue do you go from Stage 1

what happens if you put in a grievance, what questions r on the form. Going to ask them to stop speaking to me in there unacceptable way and see what happens.
