Some have next to no packets , full of pensioners and less mail than others whilst others can have 5 sacks of packets.
One of the postmen at my office who lives on my walk is home before I am even halfway and it makes the planning process a laughing stock.
The Dom's couldnt give a s**t about the easy rounds where the posties go home early but bully and harrass the unlucky ones that have the monster walksthat had extra put on and told to speed up.
Now I'm not slow and never cut off before P/L but somethings wrong when someone can finish their easy round and do my 2 rows of cut off before I'm even finished.
He gets 4 hours O/T just because the planner made his round too easy. You mention it to the DOM.......not interested as sitting on the computer bidding on ebay
