we have been using wsm for couple of months now and getting walk sequensed mail
does this enable 39hr week or 200 bonus
also if enabling 39hr week do we backdate this to when walk seq was started
we have not went through revision yet

All the benefits only come out of revisions.
If you are going through the revisions as per the BT2010 agreement then you should get the 39hr week/2.5% pay rise(PTs), increased Over time/SA rates, and £600/£200 lump sums once the revisions is implemented.
The 39 hour week wont be backdated.
