management bonus?
Hi....I've been hearing a rumour that management are to recieve a 14 percent bonus...with our colleague shares being worth a "big fat nothing".....please....let someone tell me this is not true!!!

No money for the foot soldiers because they say they are practically insolvent, and yet they can magic £20 million to deal with Christmas pressure besides however much extra it is costing for 18,000 casuals as well! In the words of Jim Royle, Royal Mail skint "My Arse"!

I agree - they are worth every penny we will get from Colleagueshares this year.

remember how many guvnors you have at your office and how many staff there are.
our manager has no control at our office he hids in his office we have no meetings
and he dont talk about work as for planning they have not got a clue just sit
looking at there laptops, union rep wont agree to anything and overtime is rife.
but it will be different after xmas guvnors will come from outside london to attempt to start revisions but when there is no confidence in management what
do you expect, revisions wont come in if management could not care a toss.
as for bonus payments, they can pay for there medical bills.
