is indoor flow linked to revision payments??

well, we were more or less told today from the rep that it doesnt look like we,ll be getting our £600. not for the time being anyways. some of you,s will know, our office was waiting the result of the meeting about our revision monies, and as ''glenno''(i think) said, we would get nothing until we concurred with management. well, they ''concurred on friday, our rep had said there was no more boxes to tick, no more ''i'',s to dot or tee,s to cross, we,ve done everything, it was more or less guaranteed we were going to get our monies. alas, today its out of the bag,,,,they cant/wont pay the 600 quid until the ''indoor flow process'' is ironed out, we need to have this put into motion and working to optimum performance before payment is released. the area rep said he was,nt sure if they can use this excuse to stop payment,,,(its a gray area) so he,s meeting the div rep tomorrow for clarification. any know if they are using this garbage at other offices.??? happy days

This is my take on it but it is only an opinion because the detail on the indoor flow process is quite vague.

Any changes to Indoor Flow must be introduced at phase 1 of the revision process.
Your revision process was/is well past that stage,in fact it is almost complete therefore revisiting stage 1 would more or less mean ripping up the revision and starting again.
So yes technically Indoor Flow is linked to the revision payments but in the case of your revision i don't see how it can be.
It looks like they are trying to bolt it on at the end instead of it being an integral part of the process from day 1 so in your position i would use the IR Framework to register disagreement.
