When does the Phase 2 payment kick in? Changes came in at the beginning of May ( shared vans etc) and for the last 2 weeks we have had walk sequencing trays.
Do these walk sequencing trays mean we are now due our £600? Would come in handy as Christmas is round the corner! No doubt we'll be fobbed off by RM and union!!

No.

The Transformational Lump Sums (which is what I think you mean by Phase 2) are triggered by revisions. To qualify for the £600 you need a revision which takes into account the Walk Sequencing - Beware it seems to usually involve later starts and finishes.


However, to add to the confusion Dingo has posted over the weekend some what I can only describe (lack of vocabulary rather than anything else) as "non standard but locally agreed" revisions that meant members qualified for the payments.

We have had our full office revision and changes have been implemented since May. We have had one payment and was just curious as to when we get the next one (£600).
