Shared vans

Hi
Now that the bikes have all gone at my office and I am using a van with union rep, if one finishes early should the other help them?
He reckons that we both should do our own delivery so therefore went to chip shop the other day when I wasnt finished so I confronted him and asked why he couldnt help me because I would easily have done for him. But I have heard rumours that he is lazy and doesnt want to help and I feel like I have to ask him to help me otherwise I am on my own.
He reckons that as from next year when loops r used then we work together but not until then.
Unfortunately, he has harrassed me for sex in the past and because I have rejected him I guess its his way of getting back at me or maybe he is just to lazy to care.
He does have a reputation for messing about with female workers and is married too. Maybe I am making too much of it I dont know, please advise.

Emma as a female postie, you have to put up with some banter, it comes with the job. BUT if it goes too far, then you have to "man" up and be counted. I can't help but think you are reading too much into things. But reading your previous posts.... It seems you have many problems in the office with both men and women. Only you can decide if you want to take that further.

You seem to have multiple problems with harassment emma.
If they are true and i'm not making any judgement either way,i would suggest you seek proper legal advice as they are very serious allegations and perhaps an internet forum is not really the best place to look for resolution.

we are not all like that emma,whoever was in my van, man or woman, i'd get out and help them. it is a shame society is like it is today there are some real horrible people out there,maybe quitely see your line manager and try to explain and get moved to another duty,if that fails tell him he is a w****r and be horrible to him when it is just you two and he might decide to move duties.

You do seem to have some problems, maybe if you took that cross off your shoulder you'd find things are a lot easier.

You can help all you want, if it's still within your contracted hours then you can do whatever work is left to do but outside your hours then don't. I don't see why you took offence at my post, it said work to your time not just do you delivery and then sit on your arse for the rest of your time

you use a shared van
do you do large 'drivers' packets?
have you gone through a revision for P&L?
