interesting question that

a dom can change a full time to part time with 28 days notice, but in the weekly resource meeting, i would be asking to see the business plan to back up his decision

by making the duty holder a reserve, that person would then have first crack at any vacant duties

why does he want to change the duty to part time

are you in a revision at the moment for example

i know doms have a directive from above that they have to change as many full time positions to part time and fill those positions with part /fixed term contract staff

is the full time/part time split in your office 75/25 split or is it lower/higher
