agreed prep rates/standards agreement

can i have a list of the agreed prep rate for all ips

duration

the one minute prep test is 34 items over one minute on a 48 box fitting

now what speed is expected say over say 2 hours of ips on the performance tool measure

you cannot keep that prep rate up over 2 hours and is there any agreement to cover this

It does say that a relaxation allowance is given as the one minute standard cannot be achieved over the full shift.
I believe the relaxation allowance is 10% but this might just be my area.

they are not supposed to apply this over any period other than 1 minute, no prep standards have been agreed for any other timescale and this is still under discussion as with the cwu as far as im aware,

There is no agreed performance standard for the shift but they have to use a figure for resourcing purposes.

correct thats exactly what they are doing and cwu dont really seem to be putting that much effort in to resolve it.

thats a reps job

maybe more reps winge a bit more and start being a bit more passionate then royal mail might not be able to walk over us

if you treat your position as a hobby, butt out and get a collegue in who will do the job
