Our off has been working the new way for 3yrs this month and we still havent recieved any money yet, i thought all together we would get £1,000.
We have asked our union rep to look into this for us but 3yrs later still nothing, is there anyone we can contact to find out why we aren't getting the money we were promised, aslo we should be on a 39hr week which isn't happening either, any help would be great

What happened before the BT2010 agreement means nothing.
What has happened since then is all that matters.
Have you had a revision since May 2010?

We are the same scotchick and have been told until we get a planner next september we will get nothing. Well and truly shafted

Same thing in my office, P&L revision before the agreement and no chance of a new revision now because even using their figures..........they need to put lots of hours back in
