no national agreement to my knowledge. have set up a local agreement here but defianatley no recourse to the conduct code for defaulters.

i heard from someone in leeds distribution that they are trying to conduct people on the abc scanners. Not sure about the facts though

They are,but the conduct procedure holds the field. Print off the agreement,and tell em to f**k off!

Seem to remeber a while ago advice from headquarters was to put a grievance in if they tried. Watch this space i suppose,. Yes the agreamnet should hold the field maybe Rm trying it on again.

I remember a stage 2 IR framework meeting on early scans some years ago. We agreed that drivers would be let out 20 minutes later then CMD route card. No earlies! In terms of missed finals,to be honest the new PDA's do not allow them. However it's always counselling,counselling.
