One to one?

I was approached by my line manager today with "can i do you first".

First what i said,

I've Got to do one to ones, and i want to get as many as i can done,

what are one to ones,

They are the replacement to have your say,

Are they compulsary i asked,

No,

No thanks then, I said.

Any one else heard of these one to ones, and whats the thoughts on the idea that they are not anonamous?

They were the forerunners of HYS, now it seems they have come full circle. Who knows this may be the long climb back to sanity. Everyone sorting at 5 a.m., bagged up and ready to go for 6.30, out on the first delivery in your car and out on a bike with the second at 11 a.m. then home two hours early with a six day week.
