Different Hourly Pay Rates
When i started back in July my hourly pay rates was £8.08.
Now when i look online for other jobs in my area the hourly pay rate is £8.30.
Should i be getting paid £8.30 or not?

Is it connected to the offices that have gone to 39 hours - so the hourly rate for part-timers has increased to compensate for the full-timers losing an hour

Interesting question, I'm too on £8.08 ph but if I factor in the supplement my actual hourly rate is £8.61 for my 28 hours.
I'm interested to know what it goes up to after 6 & 12 months?
