Xmas Bonus,and/or Stamps ....

Hiya,
Does anyone know if the employers in the land,are yet again RELUCTANTLY havin to put their hands in their pockets to issue their staff with a xmas bonus,and three or four sheets of stamps this year?

If so,i'm tempted to send my bonus back to poor old Moira,given that she is also like the rest of us in this country at the moment .... strugglin' to make end meet ....!

I think the bonus is written into a national agreement somewhere when it changed from a local area agreement. Ah no doubt we shall get our beloved stamps and a pre printed xmas message in a lovely card showing some cartoon snow scene.

Mind you in fairness they could give us nothing so iam not going to take the pee too much.

Regarding the Christmas card , I normally put a red sticker on it and and put a cross in the refused box and kill it off

Yeah i know how you feel to be honest

Personally i find the stamps last me all year and most of the next, ive got odd ones going back years.

I normally bin the card because after the last few xmas's with RM i dont want anything spoil christmas or to remind me that i only have but a few days left before i have to go back.
