Driving to work in different offices

Does anyone know how much RM pays per mile for fuel costs when I am sent to work temporarily in a different office? I heard that several years ago it was 40p per mile but no one in my temporary little office seems to be able to tell me.

Last i heard it was 43p but that was last year so 45p sounds about right.

Are you insured for travel as most policy's only cover you to one perm place of work. :hmmmm

Thanks for that. I didn't know. Which means that I got screwed out of some money a couple of years ago, when I had to go to another office. :d'oh! Still, I'll know for the future.
