How long does it take to plan a outdoor office revision ?
We have had a planner permanent in our office for at least 18 months if not 2 years,still they cant decide about a walk even on paper ,1 week the computer throws out a walk and we are told it is acruate within 5 minutes,then the next week we are told no this is wrong and the the computre throws out a different walk but incorparating bits of the first walk .wich we were told was 1005 correct and now its not.
You could not make it up ,talk about wasting money ,and time and job creation for the planner .We could have got the whole office sorted in a month amogst ourselves!
If every office in the Country took 2 years for a revision???

Our first planner didn't have a clue (ex-manager and now ex-planner 
) the second one was alot better (ex-postie) also our rep had lots of input dunno how long it took them in total but less than a year.I think the planners are poorly trained or maybe not even up to the job in some cases hence alot of revisions are failing.

they come and go some take e.v.r, some just get moved,some are just thick,
some have no idea what there doing,and alot get paid for doing f**k-all.
but the reps love it.

We had four planners today
Obviously there are too many of the f******s with nothing to do, paid for f**k all as you say!
Always be one step ahead, play their game but be wiser. Revenge is sweet.

If it runs smoothly and the data is accurate to start with then around 16 weeks is considered not unreasonable.

Indeed hence the word "considered"
Having seen what dvbuk55 refers to as a pissant revision take forever and a day, 16 weeks does seem optimistic for the full blown mojo of WSM and DM revison work D.O is yet to go through.
Still one must have faith that we will have a top noch planner and the DOM's determination that our revison wont go the way of the failing revisons across the country will bear fruitation.
