Dont no about any other offices but got told today from a reliable source of an office in N.Ireland were the men were made to take a vote in order to see if RM could get the signing off phases pushed through.
Heard the rep had been chatting and advised the members not to accept the changes as RM were just doing what they liked and not following the proper procedures.
RM promised the 600 and 200 if they voted yes.
A vote was taken and the majority voted yes against the reps advice, just shows how even with all the s**t happening in the business how money still talks.

If this happened in my office I would like to think the rep would have quit and told the useless f*-kers what they could do.

trouble, the office you are talking about is DOWNPATRICK. The rural people in that office s**t on the town walks. They seen the money and said f**k the town men. I heard the manager there took a secret ballot and the outcome was 17 yes and 12 no. All I can say is i wouldnt like to be a worker in DOWNPATRICK office.

its happening all over mate, we,ve just had a vote to accept 3pm last letter mon to sat, and were told we,ll get our 800quid on signing it off. all the flappers and arselickers voted just because of the money, so its been signed off. that was over 7 weeks ago......we,re still waiting.

We had a vote once to get rid of job in our office,the bloke who would be kicked out was standing next to me,i had to vote yes though,the lure of the coffee machine on free vend for a week and a free breakfast as long as the day didn't have a Y in it was too much to pass over.
