Advice on Clear Choice
Hi I would be very grateful if a Rep on here who has had dealings with clear choice could send me some information regarding the process they follow / what there role is / basically any information for a branch that will be going through it shortly ....you can pm me or post here , any information will be of help ,thanks

From scooting around they help relocate people find other jobs,for instance the MC lot would of had a lot of dealings with them when their MC closes/moves.Clear Choice is a company called Reids who are employed by Royal Mail to achieve their peoples target and will do everything in their power to achieve it. In other words they offer staff the Godfather approach (an offer you can’t refuse).
Remember Royal Mail pay “Clear Choice” on the basis they get people to leave the business first and meet Royal Mail’s plans. “Clear Choice” is answerable only to Royal Mail.
