Theres always these people who seem to have vitrolic hatred for royal mail and say that they're completely useless and reel of these things like theyve lost x amount of parcels and its taken weeks to get there blah de blah, it really confuses me.. I have literally never had a problem with lost parcels and whenever ive sent a letter first class its always got there next day or maybe a day delayed, but no biggie really.

I've no doubt things get lost/delayed, but some people seem to have terrible luck - or theyre doing something wrong like using labels that come off or writing addresses wrong. I find it hard to believe some of the stories people tell!

She's a "self-employed writer", or in other words, she's got nothing better to do than pick ginger pubes out of her navel, look out of the window for hours on end or complain about occasional packet delays. Forever rambling, indeed.

depends where you live
I used to live in my DOs delivery area
before RM I was a FT eBay seller
RM were great for me
nothing missing
pretty much everything delivered next day (I was buying and selling)

however now we are P&L the service sucks coupled with moing the DO miles away from most resisdents
where i live now its is old style
regular posties on foot with van packet duties.
so again the service is great here
