A week in the life of a cycle stand/ and more

I use a combination on RM tools on my delivery Cycle, LWT, HTC,

I was asked or told by dom to use HTC for the first part of my delivery,but needed to cycle out to delivery first.
Having done this the previous week twice I went over time by 30 mins

Mon went ok,
Tuesday had an appointment(2.15pm) with Atos(not RM) had taken a letter into dom week before to show him the time and day and said I would need relief to break off to get ready and drive to appointment 40 mins away
Come tuesday throwing off walk no dom insite or lino, bagged up ready to go out left a 3rd of my walk behind (1bag) and 10 pkts, I had 4 bags 15 packets, as going out door said to lino the bit of walk is left behind dom knows,
I finished at 12.30 reasonable time as when speaking to posties next morning they finished same time

Wednesday pulled into office you I left too much behind, explained I thought it was reasonable,( the week before he said leave the same amount behind when using the HTC for the first time. we wee out late

I took my cycle out and halway round the stand fell off, took into work and left it in doms office, but because this made the cycle slower as had to keep proping it up against walls, then had two specials to take back I cut off about 20 mins of work so I could get specials back.

Thursday pulled into office ( I have my own chair with my name on it as I am in there so much lol) why did I cut off and why did you not tell us you was going to, my reply I did I said can you come out and find me and see how I am getting on he denied it, so I then said I don't have cycle as I am not using one without a stand , can you give me lift out he said no so i said ok then.
while bagging up they said we have bike for you, i could not get on the saddle as it was too big I then said I will walk out too my delivery with two bags on my bag one with pkts in, oof I went got a 3rd into where I needed to be and the lino turnded up in his car, and gave me a lift why did he not do this in the first plce

friday pulled into office again over the NCI issue and been issued with another 3 months of it, then while out on delivery with my new cycle stand , after using it 3 times put the cycle on a stand I turnded with my back to the cycle,the cycle stand came off and the cycle fell against my leg, and back , I just sat on the kerb and cried as I have had a stressful week at work, then composed myself and carried on with delivery
so could not complete the last part of duty even though I rang into the office around 10-45 , 1.30 before I was due to finish to ask if someone could come out and see me, alas the dom and lino had gone home . I took a photo of the stand before someone came and collected it as I am off now for 2 weeks . when dom rang he said why was I upset,basically because of your bulying did not say that though TOWIE mum

Nothing more ruddy annoying than those stands , not fit for purpose .My mate when he was a postie welded the bracket up somehow and that

seemed to cure his probs , plus he did all his own maintenance because he was a mechanic .

Managers are rarely sympathetic until they have to use the equipment themselves .

Hope your next week when back at work is less stressful .It can be very stressful in rm when you decide to make a stand ,no

At that particular small office we numbered 2 ex-teachers , an electrical engineer, an ex-civil servant , a tailor , a retired professional sportsperson , the mechanic , an ex-bank manager ... the list goes on ., but I think you get the drift.

The slightest breeze seems to knock my bike over on the stand. I come back and find it lying there with my waterproof and dockets everywhere. It happened 3 times in one morning so i just walked up to it and counted it out like a boxing ref Pain in the butt.
