Last week i overheard 3 managers in office saying the mail was slightly over this week,but they managed the lapsing . Weve been told every day our mails down,and we know its not as a good few times weve been out late , so thats proof their telling porkies. Weve also guys in on overtime sorting mail before we come in ,wtf!

they have lapsing at our office -or try to get us to take out packets - my reply is -i will leave it in the frame -and do it when i come back if i have time - there reply is that i have to take it - i tell them no -if i dont have time to do it you will have me up for willfull delay and im not leaving myself open to that - if you want me to take it give it to me in writing that if i dont have time to do it you wont have me up on wilfull delay -or in writing you will pay the o/t if any is incurred
