So doms get bonuses for bullying, harassing, and using interrogation techniques as to why you can't complete your duty on time. Do they deserve it "NO". Its all figures less the facts of the job but the sad fact is some doms don't care what you say.

Management bonuses can be up to 10% of their salary but they are massively complicated affairs with lots of different targets and sub-targets to hit that make up the final total.
I think the last managers to hit all their targets were from the West of Scotland and most of them ended up getting busted.

That such a totally inept, incompetent, un-educated, utterly thick as shyte berk, can command the salary he does, get the bonuses he does, and still find the time to indulge in a little faeces throwing with his fellow DIMs, deserves applause at the very least.

As far as I know only one ended up losing his job even though several were suspended. At least one has since been promoted.

Actually 12.5 %, of which 50% is based on national targets and the other 50 being local targets.

they deserve all the money they get- I certainly do but cant vouch for all
conference calls- cant recall any conversation during conf call regarding sacking staff, very dated comment
