Preparing for the revision

Our office is as yet untouched by any revision, rumour has it that it may start about Easter next year, so.....


...could some kind soul point me in the direction of the best threads to scrutinise for info on:

How it is supposed to be introduced, the 6 steps, timescales, repick, starting times, rotas etc.
What problems may arise due to some management being underhanded/'misinformed'/blatantly lying/utter c*nts?
