myself and other PART TIME COLLEGUES,have our own walks and another walk to through in ,this is more than enough work to keep us going before leaving the office ready to start our duty,trouble is management want us to help sort ips and help the full timers for 15 mins,becuase i did this this morning all the mail was not thrown in on the other round i am supposed to prep,we are helping full timers get out earlier and they are back finished before alot of part timers,this is causing alot of agro in the office at the moment,surely having 2 rounds to prep is more than enough without helping sorting as well.

Just work your hours - if you're out later because you're prepping then you'll be delivering less. Suggest to management the FT's finishing early can do some of your walk.

More than enough is when you work over your time.
Anything else is just work.
If the full-timers don't have enough work to keep them going until their time you can be sure it's been noted and will form part of your manager's next bonus driven savings plan.

Provided you get paid for every hour you're working, and you're happy to do the extra work, then there's not a problem. If you don't want the extra hours just work to your time.

Problem we've got at the moment is everything's being prepped by the FTers, the Management and a few Favourites. A lot of the PTers are then just on Delivery Only! You try living on £140 a week! Would you prefer that scenario?
