Ive been training a new starter, my manager has refused to pay me, what should I do??

The problem is im not the work place coach!! We don't have one, and ive asked for it to be put on the notice board for people to put in for, we are still waiting. A standin manager asked me to train the newbie, I said I would but wantpaying which he said I would. However our regular manager who is fairly new to our office and has been on hols has returned and said I wouldn't be paid as im not the coach. The newbie should of been put with someone to shadow and not train. WTF is the point in that, they need training properly, there is also no longer a daily training allowance there is only a payment made to a coach. Today before I was told I wouldn't be paid she asked me to finish off a walk for him and get it bagged up for him which I did and sent him on his way armed with a map and instructions etc, I was the last one in as I then had to finish my own round off, I left the office at 10.30. Why did she think it was ok for me to stay behind and sort him out and then told me I wouldn't be paid???

I'm a work place coach and below is a list of duties/tasks the 2 previous managers and present manager have allocated to me.

Postman - how old is this agreement as another manager has looked into this for me at (hr - what ever hr is) and they have said that there use to be a daily allowance but there isn't now.

As Gerady said,also before your screw says that the agreement is 5 years old and is out of date,2 things...
1:Can he produce a newer one.
2:The piste de resistance,ok then it's 5 years old,P&M is 4 years old,lets scrap that as well,no more lapsing and flexing!

Thanks for your advice, got my union rep onto it after I told him about the agreement. Hes not the best of reps to be honest so im getting the area reps number so I can speak to him.
