holidays 2012
our dim wants to move to a new system of how we have holidays. he just wants to move all of them on 6 weeks from holidays you had last year. can he do this as we have always used a 3 year rotation on picking leave. this year would mean having no summer holidays

Your union rep should be putting a stop to this they can't do it. People need to be able to take a reasonable amount of time off when they need it so they can take holidays with thier families, be available for important events in thier lives etc.
Get your local rep onto it, if he cant be bothered, go to your area rep!
