Callers office staff doing o/t when they should be inside

is it a practice taking place in your office? i.e. a phg going out to take half a walk on o/t, at the same time everyone else starts their round

They shouldn't be doing it on OT but if they're being sent out within their duty time then.................using all hours in the most efficient way of course if all offices where properly staffed then this wouldn't happen.

Obviously resperin cares because he asked the question.
Why should someone being paid o/t during their contracted hours? I thought the infamous Spanish* practice of ghost docket had been done away with.
So is it a question of managerial incompetence or favouritism? I care.

Management are not interested in anti bullying as the biggest bullies in the place ARE Management,they also don't give a shite about diversity it's all just a publicity stunt to dot the i and cross the t's so that they can be seen to have been doing something since that guy topped himself,even the union hierachy knows about the bullying but what are they doing about it? f**k all except talking about it over tea and biccys as they don't want to upset the `new` friendship.

So the next time some manger comes round with a WTL brief about how you can ring up a helpline or speak to a `friend`in the union just tune out don't tune in as you might as well talk to a brick wall for all the help and justice you will get.

Don't give a Fish fart ;but when a regular MC customer turns up minus ID and the 20year cage guy is out posting, and the stand in says "show us some proof " ,the customer experience takes a downward shift ,if you know what I mean.

What do you mean by " they earn enough " ? Our callers staff do not get single pence more than other staff. We have two staff in callers office , for couple of hours their duty overlaps, so one go out on very local delivery ( near to the office). Our callers office is manned 6am - 6.30 pm.
