Walk adjustment after revision

Post by ronpetetrevchris »

Where do we stand on manual adjustment after a revision? Not yet at the PIR stage although it should have happened a while ago. Managers going to people and asking how much time have you got, honest people saying 25 mins or so, fine no problem with that, but these idiots arent using the trolleys

Before you say tell management they arent using trolleys, forget it, they know it and thats why they are targeting them.

Well we have had the P & L revision for 8 months now I think? 40 walks still cut off every day and they have adjusted 2 walks slightly so far which now get completed! Sadly those were two walks with piss takers on them and they now get finished mega early, while the people geniuinely struggling are still waiting for some adjustments! :arrrghhh

....gonna be a looooong process methinks!
Union what Union? Do we have a union?

Typical RM management tricks.
They should honour the weight off the shoulder agreement and make sure it is enforced for all staff.
The usual, when it suits their pocket, blind eye sydrome prevails.
Get in touch with area rep.
