National talks update

These talks have been going on for weeks now and still no news whatsoever. It's an absolute disgrace to keep us in the dark like this just to appease RM! Come forth union reps and at least tell us something. There won't be a better time to panic the managers if the CWU has the balls to announce a national industrial action ballot in the run upto xmas.

I heard a rumour that

will be anounced soon

It includes
- 1 in 4 SAT,s off*
- £1000 for excepting change **
- 2 in a van "chaos" type deliveries
- A new relationship between the CWU & RM

the CWU would never put in for a ballot near xmas and as for this year you can forget it.
any chance to get a national strike again would have to be unoffical.
as for a ballot it will be intresting when the CWU put to the members any form of industrial action by ballot.
many staff have stayed in the union just to safeguard there jobs, but as for national agreements in the last
say 8 years members feel that we are fighting a losing battle.
